ECO house design

The design I came up with was based on watching a RowHouse project take so long to build and have a high retail price.
With endless delays and bad weather, I was walking by the project and then I had the "Flash of Genius" moment as it hit me that Building Homes hasn't changed since my High School days 40 years ago.The Patent ability is a bit vague because it is not a new item but a way to assemble it,so I think the Social benefit is worth me displaying at this point.The images show a basic home floor plan but my concept is to speed-up the construction and ruduce the risks for fire which saves on the pollution and trees needed to rebuild the home. I changed how the Utilities are delivered from the basement,the home also does not use a forced air heating because I don't like how Air Ducts trap dust and spores that make the home a toxic for kids so a Elecrical heating with Solar aid avoids a future run-away cost to heat the home.
I removed the Wiring and Plumbing from most walls which by-passes the delays for contractors and Inspectors to approve the work,this also means the outer walls can have more Insulation in the cavities for a better R rating in the cold weather.Up-grades or add-ons to homes can be done very easily along with future wiring/plumbing up grades,and with a home that can be asembled faster and is less likely to have a Electrical fire go undetected and become dangerous.
The outer walls in cold climates won't have frozen pipes bursting or have energy wasted from cooling the stagnant hot-water pipes in walls. Home Insurance will be less for the Fire risks,and if it adds my Accessible-Kitchen concept and G.A.R. faucet system for Kids-Safe home is allows people to stay in their home after a minor injury that make them wheelchair bound for awhile as they also have children.
Please check out the Shriners reports for Kids being burned and suffer scalds at home.about 90% of injuries to kids happen near the home,90% of those are inside the home and 90% of those are in the Kitchen or Bathroom.Burns are mainly in the Kithcen and scalds from hot water in the Bathrooms.
We can't keep building homes the same-old way because that's the way it is. It's time to get the price down and make them safer for kids and seniors.
