Besides that, such an intelligent self-sustaining passive greenhouse provides a closed controlled environment where all the environmental parameters are automatically maintained at levels that are user presetable. This way the greenhouse can be used to recreate the specific suitable environment for different rare plant species which are threatened by various factors and whose survival depends only by the artificial environment created and maintained in our greenhouse.
Because this greenhouse is passive and self-sustaining, it doesn’t require any external power source and it requires only minimal human intervention, this way the maintenance cost is very low.

The biggest advantage of this intelligent self-sustaining passive greenhouse is that it offers a closed controlled environment where the water is always recirculated, this way we can place our greenhouse even in the middle of a desert without the need of continually providing water to our greenhouse.

The third advantage of this greenhouse is that it is passive, all the energy it needs can be produced locally by photovoltaic panels and a wind generator. It can generate even more energy than needed.
The fourth advantage of this greenhouse is that it is intelligent, it can supervise constantly the evolution of the plants and it can sense if the plants don’t grow like they should, in this case the greenhouse can send automatically an alert to the owner or to the caretaker.
The fifth advantage of this greenhouse is that it is eco-friendly, it uses only environmental-friendly technology like renewable energy sources, for heating and cooling it uses a heat pump and not traditional heating and cooling equipment.
This greenhouse is actually the agricultural version of a passive house. Besides the free of cost energy, this greenhouse's strategic feature is its independence versus any kind of conventional energetic infrastructure like electricity, gas or water. With some modifications, this greenhouse could "survive" even in the space or on the moon.

- Wireless plant evolution supervising systems to periodically check the evolutional stage of the plants
- An internet or local data connection to be able to remotely manage and supervise the greenhouse and the plants
