Taper type internal combustion engine piston design:
Aim of this project is to increase the force applied to conrod as keeping the geometry limited.
The taper design which is given schematically in the enclosed sheet (TDC position shown) allows enlarged surface for exploided gases to press the piston which in turn provides higher force transmission in the same stroke.
This small modification on the piston upper body as paired with the cylinder and valves enables the mentioned advantages.
