The "Rescue Hopper 911" is a flying boat that can land on water or land, for all rescue missions. The Rescue Hopper is a thrust vectoring vertical take off and landing aircraft with no dangerously exposed rotor blades like a helicopter. The Rescue Hopper is safe and low noise with enclosed propellers and will have a parachute for the entire aircraft.
The Rescue Hopper can be used by the military to move troops and cargo to locations, traditional aircraft can not go.
The Rescue Hopper can be used for fire fighting wildfires and can bump up against a building for high rise evacuations without the fear of a rotor blade strike.
