MindMuscle(formerly PigPug health) is an AI-powered pediatric neurotechnology platform designed to help children with ADHD, autism, and related self-regulation challenges practice attention and emotional regulation through clinician-guided neurofeedback.

The system combines a child-friendly wireless EEG headset with adaptive software that turns brain-training sessions into an engaging interactive experience. During a session, the headset reads non-invasive EEG signals while the child interacts with game-like visual feedback. When the child moves toward target regulation states, the software responds in real time, reinforcing focus, calm, and sustained engagement.

Traditional neurofeedback is often expensive, clinic-bound, and difficult for families to access consistently. MindMuscle is designed to make neurofeedback more scalable and practical by combining wearable hardware, adaptive software, clinician dashboards, and a clinic-to-home workflow. Clinicians can monitor sessions, track progress, and guide families while children experience the training in a more playful and less intimidating way.

The product is designed specifically for pediatric use, with emphasis on comfort, repeatability, ease of use, and real-world deployment. MindMuscle is currently in late-stage prototype development, with early pilot work completed across partner clinics and a granted U.S. patent covering the wearable EEG system and methods of use.

MindMuscle is not intended to replace physicians, therapists, medication, or behavioral therapy. Instead, it is being developed as a supportive tool for clinicians and families, helping make structured neurofeedback more accessible to children who need additional support for attention and self-regulation.
