A device to monitor sleep and help the person get back to sleep using AI hypnosis/sound. It monitors brain wave frequencies/ sleep cycle stages.

Time asleep, your state of mind, relaxed, alert, anxious etc. It syncs or tries to alignment with a normal persons sleep cycle patterns of 8-10 hours sleep.

It aims or our aim together with AI to cure their sleep problem if not help them sleep better & longer. It also monitors their heart rate and oxygen levels. Body temperature though not all the time. It has a sound scanner detector to record noise, traffic, voices that can disrupt the persons sleep, record time and next day replay, add own feedback responses to AI. There altered state upon waking, biofeedback on all monitoring, learning and understanding relapses and causes, diagnosis, offer breathing exercises and recommendations. The info can also be sent to a sleep specialist for investigation if needed. This device may be used from them or purchased from a wellness device store.

To help the person fall back asleep AI hypnosis/ sound is automatically initiated upon waking or by voice command.. The hypnosis improves itself with what works best and what doesn't the least. It changes and isn't the same each night, the person can be hypnotized in any language of there choosing, and using new and learning a language at the same time might help them fall asleep quicker and stay asleep. If it mattered. Once it's helped a person solve their sleep problem it can be tried without medication. AI would understand how differently their brain acts without sedation. It would try to work it out what is needed, be it increase in super intelligence hypnosis sound accustomed to the state of biofeedback persons state. It would work to achieve the desired result of hypnosis to help them achieve and overcome insomnia. If AI succeeds it can give them a difficulty level rating at the end, however long it took days, weeks, months of study and their history can be shown in graphs showing improvement over weeks and months.
