MAgBot (Multi-modular Agriculture roBot), is a multi-modular farm robot with the ability to Till, Plant, Weed and Spray (fertilizers/insecticide). MAgBot's ability to weed on crops up to 1 meter in height is where we differentiate it from the conventional tractor that can only weed on plants half of what MAgBot does and this is a plus for African farmers

MAgBot has three modules that are interchangeable:

PLANTING MODULE

The Planting module is designed to withstand all soil textures and terranes and it is carefully thought out so that the time taken to plant is considerably reduced by over 50% when compared to the manual labor-intensive way of planting. The Planting module consists of three parts, the diggers, the seed applicator, and the filler sections. As the MAgBot drags the module along its path, in a single pass the seeder module digs a hole, applies seeds, and seals the hole back thereby avoiding the need to perform several stops while planting.

TILLER MODULE

The tiller performs a pre-planting process where tiller blades first chop up the soil to ensure the soil is coarse, making it stress-free for seed sprouting, this is particularly important in farming because with the soil tilled, plants can grow more healthy and yield better produce.

WEEDER MODULE

The importance of weeding cannot be overemphasized, it is the single most difficult process in farming, if proper measure is not taken to constantly monitor weed, plant produce can yield considerably low not to mention the difficulties associated with having to weed regularly.

THE APP

Our all-in-one digital App contains three Single Page Application (SPA) that provides MAgBot with controls, sensor data acquisitions, and data visualization and analytics all in one App to ease farm operations. MAgBot hosts the Application which is sent to the user's phone using IoT capability when the user logs into the server hosted by MAgBot which is then used to perform the various tasks.

CONTROL DASHBOARD

The Control Dashboard provides all the controls needed for MAgBot to move and operate the weeding, planter, and tiller modules, making it a breeze to control a heavy machine on the farm as though one is playing an Xbox game from the comfort of his phone while serious farming operation is ongoing, this why MAgBot is here to help.

SENSOR DASHBOARD

MAgBot is equipped with the ability to monitor plant health, sensors like temperature, humidity, soil moisture sensor, etc, are fitted on the bot to collect useful data, and these sensor data are pay loaded with the power of IoT to the user's phone anywhere on the globe in real-time for informed decision making.

DATA VISUALIZATION & ANALYTICS DASHBOARD

MAgBot is not just a farm robot but a data center used for data warehousing, the sensor data collected are used for data analysis and visualization making MAgBot an advanced complex system that will help solve the lack of data for proper decision-making in the farm.
