Advanced Washing Machine, AEROJET UV CARE™ is an innovative smart garment washing system that is far better than the conventional rotating drum with an intelligent circular hanger mechanism. Instead of piling garments together, each item is suspended individually on smart rotating hangers with an optimized gap between adjacent clothes, preventing tangling, friction, stretching, and fabric damage. The hangers are arranged on a circular rotary rail that slowly rotates throughout the washing cycle, ensuring every surface of each garment is uniformly exposed to the cleaning system. Unlike traditional machines that rely on mechanical agitation, Aerojet Uv Care™ uses strategically positioned high-pressure water jets located close to the garments, allowing detergent-infused water to penetrate the fabric efficiently with minimal water wastage. Additional precision spray nozzles are positioned at the center of the rotating hanger assembly while complementary nozzles surround the outer walls of the cabinet. This unique inside-out and outside-in washing approach enables simultaneous cleaning from both directions, allowing water to reach collars, sleeves, pockets, cuffs, and difficult inner layers that are often challenging to clean thoroughly.
The system incorporates artificial intelligence and advanced sensing technologies to automatically recognize the garment before washing begins. Sensors identify the fabric type, garment size, color, weight, and estimated dirt level, allowing the computerized control system to automatically adjust water pressure, detergent concentration, washing duration, rotational speed, rinse cycles, drying temperature, and air-blow intensity for every garment. To further enhance cleaning efficiency, a dedicated high-speed air-blow system directs controlled streams of air into the interior of the clothing during the wash and rinse cycles. This airflow gently opens folds and fabric layers, enabling detergent and rinse water to reach hidden regions while improving dirt removal without excessive mechanical stress. Following the washing stage, the machine performs a clean-water rinse before transitioning to an energy-efficient warm-air drying process. Once drying is complete, an integrated 360-degree UV-C treatment chamber provides surface sterilization of the exposed garment surfaces, helping reduce microorganisms while also minimizing odors and improving hygiene. The rotary hanger mechanism ensures all exposed sides of the garments receive more uniform UV exposure than would be possible with stationary hanging, while maintaining appropriate safety shielding within the enclosed cabinet.
Beyond providing superior garment care, Aerojet Uv Care™ has been designed with sustainability, automation, and user convenience as its core objectives. The close-range jet arrangement significantly reduces unnecessary water consumption compared with conventional washing methods, and the intelligent control system optimizes energy usage by selecting only the washing intensity required for each fabric.
The drumless design minimizes wrinkling, prevents garments from twisting together, and extends fabric life by eliminating unnecessary rubbing between clothes.
