All existing types of Cancer Treatments are Targeting Physical Locations of the Cancer Cells within a continuous physical space occupied by a human body.

The main problem is targeting only Cancer Cells without affecting the healthy cells and not to miss any cancer cells.

The additional problems- severe side effects.

III. How does your design work?

Magtera's approach: We focus on frequency space of discrete spectrums of Terahertz resonance frequencies, as opposed to the continuous physical space occupied by a human body. Indeed, every bio molecule can be ‘fingerprinted’ by a set of unique Terahertz frequencies. There is a discrete spectrum of substantial plurality of such frequencies that comprise a fingerprint for any bio molecule. Thus, for any type of cancer there is a discrete and specific spectrum of substantial plurality of terahertz frequencies that comprise a fingerprint for that cancer cell. And this spectrum is different from the discrete spectrum of the corresponding healthy molecules of that human tissue.

For example, the discrete spectrum of Terahertz resonance frequencies of the skin cancer cell is different from the discrete spectrum of Terahertz resonance frequencies of the healthy skin cell.

Thus, by targeting only discrete terahertz frequencies of the skin cancer cell that are different from the terahertz frequencies of the healthy skin cell we will destroy only cancer cell without affecting the healthy -skin cell. So, it is precise targeting of only cancer cells and no side effects.

VI. What is the market potential?

There are 6,000 registered hospitals in the USA. If Magtera sells Tunable Terahertz laser for $ 1 million to only 10% of hospitals the market size is 600 million.

The cost of a Gamma Knife Radiosurgery system typically ranges from several million dollars to over $10 million. And it is used only for special brain surgery.

Tunable Terahertz laser can be used for any kind of cancer treatment.

VII. How would your product be manufactured?

Tunable Terahertz laser can be manufactured at massive scale by using the existing technology for magnetic memory manufacturing including the following steps: sputtering layers deposition; patterning: photolithography and etching processes; annealing; contact formation; dielectric deposition; and back-end processes.

VII. How would the production cost compare with products already in the marketplace?

The production cost of Tunable Terahertz laser are much smaller than cost of production of Gamma Knife system can range from several million to tens of millions of dollars per unit. This includes expenses associated with sourcing high-quality materials, precision machining, electronics assembly, testing, calibration, and packaging.
