HAULER T20 (Patent Pending number BR102025006250) is equipment developed to reduce risks to people and processes, improving health and safety conditions in underground mining environments when compared to diesel-powered.

It is an important innovation because, in addition to its autonomous (driverless) operation, it features a side-turn bucket and a chassis-less design. The unit is powered by DANA Inc. Hub Drivers and will operate using overhead electric lines while inside tunnels. Outside of tunnels, it will run on batteries, allowing for remote-controlled operation.

The equipment is equipped with complete electronic control devices and anti-collision sensors. Hauler T20 will be constructed using steel plates and cast iron components, along with other parts readily available on the market.

Notably, it features a nitrogen + oil suspension system and a dynamic brake. While primarily designed for use in underground mines with nominal capacity of 20 tons, the equipment can also be adapted for use in open-pit mining operations with a configuration up to 250 tons.
