This project relies on the desalination of Storm water drainage and Seawater by solar energy & inside power generation: Only require Five minutes power by (solar energy) to start the operation this device after that distribution this power from inside this device it will be automatically work without outside energy by Absorption Energy Self (Inside Round energy), Improving New Idea by used the heat lamps (Halogen light bulbs) to Boiling for Desalination water if (Storm water or Sea water)

The Storm water was drained into sea without any benefit for this water (sure it less salt than sea water) = that is mean it will be easier for desalination than sea water (Solar Pontoon Desalination Station)

About that this Pontoon Desalination Station it will be flexible to moving to any exit for Storm water drainage and it will take this storm water after filtration it from sand (this about water) 

The desalination of Storm water or seawater through heat lamps (Halogen light bulbs)& these lamps take power from several sources: Sun-(TEG)-Vapor
