The SPORK GENE SPLICER™

A modular genomic engineering device designed to repair, replicate, and reintroduce complex lifeforms across the biological spectrum. Created as a conservation tool and a regenerative medical platform, representing a convergence of synthetic biology, AI assisted gene editing, recombination and interspecies ecological logic.

Unlike single-purpose laboratory instruments, the Splicer operates using a round cartridge system, each “Round” tailored to a specific class of organisms, mammals, amphibians, fish, insects, or arachnids. Each cartridge loaded with species specific DNA editing protocols, chromosomal maps, stem-cell reprogramming logic, and AI guided viability assessments. This modular approach ensures accurate reconstruction of lifeforms from radically different evolutionary branches.

Cartridge Overview:

Mammal Round: Repairs diploid genomes, corrects genomic imprinting, and enables regenerative tissue synthesis. Designed for high intelligence or ecologically significant mammals such as thylacines, elephants, or hominids.

Amphibian Round:

Accounts for polyploid genomes and temperature-sensitive epigenetics. Supports limb regeneration and species like the axolotl or critically endangered frogs.

Fish Round:

Handles variable genome sizes, aquatic reproductive cycles, and environmental DNA sequencing. Used for ancient or keystone aquatic species.

Insect Round:

Tailored for haplodiploid species like bees and ants, includes caste-control logic and micro-chromosome repair protocols.

Arachnid Round:

Adapts to unique sex chromosome systems and includes venom-gene shielding and neuro-regeneration for spiders and scorpions.

Primary Functions & Applications:

De-Extinction & Conservation

Extinct species revival through CRISPR repair, synthetic genome assembly, and embryo development from preserved or reconstructed DNA. Combined with tissue banks & cryo-archives, allows rewilding of lost fauna in controlled reserves. An integrated Population Viability Engine, for ensuring effective population sizes & exceed thresholds required for long-term genetic health typically >500 for survival >1000 for full ecological reintegration.

Medical Regeneration

In human applications, the Splicer reprograms adult cells into induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs), enabling organ repair, neural regeneration, and treatment of conditions like Parkinson’s and spinal injuries. Each cartridge can be adapted to generate patient-specific therapies without rejection.

Eco-System Repair

Beyond species, the Splicer is calibrated to model ecological networks assessing how reintroduced species will affect local biodiversity, pollination, predation, and microbial interactions, ensuring holistic restoration, not just revival.

Restoration Philosophy

The SPORK GENE SPLICER™ s an unregistered trademark, a symbol of ethical, precision-driven biotechnology for a future that remembers. Not just a machine — a second chance. It bridges extinct pasts, endangered presents, and regenerative futures. Restoring lost biodiversity or rebuilding the human body from within, reflecting a commitment to healing Earth’s biological memory.

Able to cut & splice a specific chromosome, or more often a string of chromosomes from helix shaped DNA. using similar techniques already well tested & tried, a bank of chromosome strings is prepared & stored in a tissue bank. The Gene Editor uses CRISPR techniques to create Stem Cells, regenerate damaged or defective genes, the SPORK GENE SPLICER™ then reassembles them as per the design & instructions of the operator who uses AI to then decide which strings of chromosome or individual chromosome to cut, splice, reassemble.
