A Diesel Bleeding Mechanism, is a Simple machine that is used to bleed any Heavy Duty Vehicle HDV, for the purpose of pumping diesel inside the injector to as to start any diesel vehicle for the first time, or as to start e vehicle which diesel has cutting off. Most times i saw Drivers and their assistant struggling to bleed their vehicle which has stop on the due to diesel cut off, and in some local automobile assembly companies where they manually bleed new assembled car for start up after finishing the assembly process.
Manual bleeding is not always easy due to the compartment area of the location of the bleeding pump which make anyone no to be comfortable why bleeding the vehicle.

Most times these set of people waist so many ample time while on the process. Therefor i thought is wise to invent a simple machine that will be use for such a purpose.

The machine will be design to be a specialty product due to different design of various vehicle. The simple machine will work on the principle of reciprocating motion and will be design in both manual and automatic such as to make the product affordable and available for various group of people, both for individuals and for organizations.

The principle of operation of the machine is such that when clamp at the chassis of the vehicle closer to the pumping device of the vehicle, when fix to the pumping device and on, it will self-bleed the vehicle between the period 3 to 5 minutes, and the bleeding will be enough to start the vehicle, then the operator will now off the machine and remove from the clamping position.

After this, everybody will be happy, because energy is been reduce, human labor is been eliminated, and work is done without stress, and efficiency is achieved.

Note: The video provided was a design for a simple soap stamping machine, but will still follow the same design and the same principle of operation for the diesel bleeding mechanism.
