Vehicle Emissions Limit

The relationship between manufacturers and countries around the world from 1979 with environmental emissions laws as well as the globalization of manufacturing showed that not everyone due to their domestic economies can have the same product worldwide. The same applies to CO emissions; some UN member showed the multinationals what the scenario would be like if the 1997 air pollution limits would be within the reasonable limits than forcing automakers to lower their pollutant limits more and more, putting at risk their reliability in the company with increasingly smaller and disposable engines. What I mean is that WHO and countries are ordering automotive companies and their shareholders to change their manufacturing and put in doubt the reliability of their cars and combustion projects that have catalytic converters and taking into account the non-negligence of the owner of the vehicle. Lowering its emissions limits more and more and putting at risk an already consolidated market of engines robust enough, to be three-cylinder with direct fuel injection without the slightest need for such technology where each UN member country or doctors of the WHO made a study of the lethality of emissions in people of different races and ethnicities in countries around the world. By which I mean today's cars could have 1992 emissions that the air would still be clean to breathe. So companies are taking down the quality of engines and their reputations for 110 years making cars and showing themselves to be friendly with countries in terms of emissions standards worldwide, but this has already been achieved with electronic injection and no one has yet shown a study of how the quality would be of air if cars had 1992 pollution levels. And it's even contradictory since countries don't want combustion cars but so far neither the UN nor the WHO has shown how the disposal and recycling of electric and hybrid batteries will be like and the people in these recycling exposed to heavy materials In addition to the high costs of multinationals in globalizing production in the sense that all cars are at the same level of technology although globalization shows that not all economies and countries can afford this high technology for high cost of cars in emerging markets Losing profit and having to offer electric cars and their recycling processes, I see how outrageous so much demand from UN and WHO countries to interfere in the quality of cars and their engines to charge high technology in emissions control to those who cannot pay for it and not even present a scenario of minimum emission limits for society in particular delegating this to automakers and strangling their profits and characteristics of cars and their products. So if all countries in the world took the Chevrolet Vectra B 1997 in Brazil with Bosch Motronic multipoint electronic injection with catalytic converter and multiplied it by the current fleet of 1.4 billion vehicles today, you would see that the air would be more than clean for everyone.
