Introduction:

Hydrogen Technologies, Inc. (HTI) has developed, proven and patented technology that makes the storage of large amounts of electrical power not only possible but also economically attractive. This technology has the potential to catalyze and sustain a major paradigm change in the electrical power industry. Fundamentally, the Company combines hydrogen and clean energy technologies, such as wind, solar, or wave power, to create pollution-free, low
cost, endlessly renewable energy on a mass scale.

Veteran energy experts Ed Stockton and Bob Olson established HTI in 2009, and created a proprietary Dynamic Combustion Chamber (DCC) system, which is an unequaled scalable energy storage and distributive power source.

Hydrogen Technologies is now ready to launch the commercialization of this powerful technology, starting in the $200 billion wind farm market. The primary opportunity for wind farm developers and generators is to maximize their profits by storing low value energy typically produced during the night, and then re-delivering it during the day when its value is higher.

Additionally, the energy storage capability of HTI’s system enables wind farms to deliver power with greater certainty - another aspect of maximizing wind farm profitability.

—— The consistency of many forms of renewable energy is tenuous.

—— States may choose to set penalties or enact arbitrary penalty amounts when suppliers fail to meet renewable targets.

—— The cost of environmental compliance is high.

—— HTI enables states to comply with Renewable Portfolio Standards (RPS).

—— The Company’s process and equipment increases the certainty of renewable power, and value as a stable power source.

—— The Company’s Dynamic Combustion Chamber system is an unequaled scalable energy storage and distributive power source.

—— The DCC can stabilize a renewable energy supply when the wind is not blowing, the sun is not shining, or the water is not moving.

—— States and customers can avoid RPS penalties by utilizing HTI’s system.

—— Excess renewable energy at low demand times can be stored and redelivered at high demand times with greater value.

Competitive Differentiation:
The approach taken by Hydrogen Technologies is different from other energy storage technologies because it is the only one that is truly scalable. The DCC can be sized to meet many power levels, and uses 200-year old proven technology blended with modern controls and systems. Additionally, the DCC:

—— can burn multiple hydrogen fuel sources either individually or combined,

—— does not require high purity hydrogen like a fuel cell,

—— generates steam and electricity, or purifies water,

—— recycles all of the fuel in the form of water.
