A means of ducting and venting the heat from the heat exchanger of a refrigerator to the outside so that the heat doesn't need to be removed a second time by the home air conditioning system, thus saving energy. The vent would be ducted out of the home by the duct systems currently in use for venting cloths dryers. A 'winter' diverter would also be installed to retain the heat in the home during the winter.
