The invention refers to solar panel with an active core made of PET filaments and fibers, in view of substituting the well known panels from the present solar panel equipment as well as all installations and equipments which could benefit from this solution; shell made of plates made of recycled plastic materials, confers to the panel durability, resistance and elasticity, but especially and ecological character through the absorption of a very significant quantity of PET as well as other plastic waste.
The technical problem which this invention involves eliminating the disadvantages of the known solar panels, consists of the building of solar panels with core made of active PET filaments and fibers, which has a rectangular shell made of recycled plastic such as multilayer polymer plates doubled on all parts with plates which have a high degree of thermal insulation, shell with has in its interior a resistance structure with a “U” type profile made of multilayer plates, on its lower part, as base layer a support layer made of granules of low density, homogenized with an mixture of bitumen, short PET filaments and fibers and several layers made of PET filaments and fibers which have the role to amplify the optimal absorption of the solar radiation as well as the transfer of the heat towards the heating systems; in the frontal part of the shell it is applied hermetically several layers of glass and/or see-through plastic, eventually vacuumed, which allow the transit of the solar radiation and not allowing the loss of thermal loss and in the space thus created in the interior of the shell, circulates the heath (generally water).
The invention has the following advantages:
- low cost and minimum maintenance costs;
- long life span;
- good efficiency thus major use of the captured energy;
- it can be installed on inclined rooftops, terraces or vertical walls;
- reduction of the mass and of the required conditions regarding the weight in roofs;
- simple assembly, high and constant quality;
- important economy in energy and hard to find prime materials.
Production costs are exceptionally low due to the utilization, mainly – over 80% of the total mass – of different waste resulted from human activity.
