In theory, the CVT is an ideal design, varying the transmission ratio continuously so that you can say it's an automatic transmission with no infinite number of ratios. Consequently, the best ratio can be chosen at any time to optimize performance and energy efficiency of both (motor car). The base of the CVTJAP consists of two pistons that operate between two solid disks, a piston connected to a disk and this with the engine, the other piston connected to another disk and east to a drive shaft. Each disc was placed bolts that can take different radios, with relatively small radius of the first disc while the second one is the maximum radius is here when it equals the conventional gearbox to initiate the movement. When the disks reversed their position resembles thelarge gears in normal transmission. Consequently, the transmission ratio can be varied by pushing or making radios on the disks. Making a mechanism to provide a mechanical force, obtaining a variable power an electric motor which is transformed by varying the ransmission speed and torque relationships resulting in a gradual acceleration and dynamic to enhance energy savings, bringing a wide range of benefits including:
a-no slippage, transfer all power to 100%
b-efficiency in energy consumption and savings in engine wear[Because the system can invest and generate and recover energy]
f-self and lower vehicle weight
h-vehicles with the same load capacity
i-Replaced the brake system [Because the solenoid valves can be locked to act as ABSbrakes]
k-differential replaced in a vehicle [Since the pressure acts equally in all areas that are distributed is equal on all four wheels making a perfect differential].

With the use of the CVT JAP it is possible to obtain a variable power an electric motor which is transformed by the method varying transmission speeds and torque resulting in a gradual acceleration in action to improve fuel economy energy. In the mechanism we use electrical power and fluid to provide the speed and power relations between our source and mechanical power output.Because your using thesame principle of internal combustion engines use pressure to move the rod and the crankshaft, but we conversely without loss of energy as heat and friction. This process takes place in two major steps first: is to move the crank with an electric motor that is transmitted to a pressure piston implement which was used in the second piston of greater capacity.Second, the movement of the piston will transmit the crank and shaft end in the tire.In each process as kinetic energy is gained anger changing their relationships to provide only the energy needed to carry out the movement. The electricmotor provides power for theVehicle it is received by a gear is connected to a shaft which in turn is connected to a disk with a slot. The slot moves the fulcrum of a rod that is moved by a piston, this produces a hydraulic force is transmitted to other pistons that move a crank that moves a disc, the disc connected by an arrow on the tire. The change to the second phase takes place in a gradual and uninterrupted having the characteristics of a CVT transmission.

When the disks reversed their position resembles the large gears in normal transmission.Consequently, the transmission ratio can be varied by pushing or making radios on the disks. In this first phase, the fulcrum of the engine is just a short distance, while at the tire the fulcrum is at a greater distance. In this way the transmission provides high torque at low revs.In this second phase, the fulcrum of the engine is at a greater distance, while at the tire the fulcrum is at a shorter distance.
