Technology Potential:

This project is a potential power distribution improvement on a Global scale. This technology is capable of being applied in the massive electrical/electronic industries as a cheaper alternative to the existing sources of semiconductors like hydrogenated amorphous silicon and mixtures of arsenic, selenium , tellurium,germanium, gallium arsenide, and silicon carbide. All these materials are expensive compared to our potentially cheaper alternative from agro-biomass and the cheap metal in our products. Our products would be targeting a US $25 billion market already existing globally.

Material Production:

A nonreactive, tricky but simple dissolution of a popular raw metal was carried out to make an aqueous metallic solution by treating the metal with a conventional aqueous chemical mixture.
The treated metal is used to make the highlysuper conducting solution. The superconducting solution is now doped with raw agrobiomass based materials to form a light paste and calcium salts added as solids to form a thick paste.

The molded paste is thermally processed to make solid semiconductors of various conductance and impedance.

The conductance and impedance of the materials are determined by the concentration percentage of the aqueous solution in the slurry paste. The solid semiconductor is equally magnetic-permeable in both the solid form and powdered form.


SUSTAINABILITY AND NOVELTY:

All trials on different biomass materials show that Baker’s Yeast and Starches show the best controllable conductivities and structural development of the semiconductors regardless of the sizes of the solid semiconductors and characters desired.

The semiconductor prototypes measured proportional voltage drops when different concentrations of metallic solution were applied to equal amount of doping agents. Results: 220V was reduced to 187V at 50% w/w concentration while 220V was reduced to 98V at 25% w/w concentration. Measuring Equipment- MASTECH , model MY64, S/N 20064300947, Made in China.
