An improvement in evaluating patients with a Strabismus type problem as a result of strokes or accidents. It is a patient driven digital projection system coupled to a laptop reducing technician time from up to 45 minutes to less than one minute with a digital image with all pertinent calculations prepared. Designed to provide information on the extent of limited eye movement with detailed information stored digitally and provided in a convenient PDF format. Device is built with a short throw DLP type projector mounted on a chin rest type cart that can be rolled to the desired station with projection on any flat wall and then stored so minimal space is required for use and storage.
