The design takes existing technology and packages it in a innovative way. The electromagnetic is turned on and off with two little switches and the ratchet allows for easy work.

The basic structure would be plastic injection molded with integral snap fastener to hold components in during assembly of the completed product.
How would the production cost compare with products already in the marketplace?
The product would be more expensive than standard magnetic screwdrives, but individuals that have a need would be willing to purchase this special tool.
