Conventional Overbalanced Wheels that are famous for perpetual motion machine do not rotate. Now, I disclose new Machine. Figure 1 shows new Perpetual Motion Machine that generates rotational energy by using a Capillary and a Wheel including a Sponge and Weights.

The Capillary shown in figure is made with a microfiber or a capillary tube. The Capillary lifts Water by capillary action. A Microfiber hangs from top of the capillary. Twelve Interspaces are formed along outer periphery of the Wheel. A Weight is placed in each Interspace.

A Sponge is further provided along outer periphery of the Wheel. For example, the Sponge is made with polyvinyl alcohol or vinyl acetate. For example, compressive stress of AION PVA sponge is 1.5kPa under wet condition. Such soft and high water-absorption sponge is preferred.

In right side of the Wheel, the Sponge contacts the Microfiber of the Capillary and absorbs uplifted Water from the Capillary. By the Sponge absorbs the Water, weight of the right side of the Wheel is increased. Thus, unbalance occurs between the right side and left side of the Wheel. Then, the Wheel rotates clockwise and rotational energy is generated. Since the Microfiber hangs loosely, a frictional force between the Microfiber and the Sponge is small.

At bottom side of the Wheel, the roller-shaped Weight moves through the Sponge in accordance with rotation of the Wheel and wrings Water from the Sponge as shown in Figure 2. The Water falls into the Cistern from the Sponge. By squeezing the Water from the Sponge at the bottom side of the Wheel, water content of the left side of the Wheel is lower than water content of the right side of the Wheel at all times. So, unbalance between the left side and the right side of the wheels is maintained, and the Wheel continues to rotate.

The Water, which fell into the Cistern from the Sponge, is uplifted by the Capillary again. Uplifted Water is applied to the Sponge again. Thus, the Wheel continues to rotate.

In this example, the number of the Interspaces is twelve. Center of gravity of the twelve Weights may be positioned on beneath the rotating shaft. When absorbed Water rotates the Wheel 30 degrees, the Interspaces are shifted one by one and positional relationships will be to same as original state. In the case where the number of the Interspaces is twenty-four, positional relationships will be to same as original state when absorbed Water rotates the Wheel 15 degrees.

The above mechanism can be applied to conventional Overbalanced Wheels. Figure 3 shows an example of Overbalanced Wheel. The Conventional Overbalanced Wheel is being balanced. However, by applying Water to such conventional Overbalanced Wheel, it is possible to realize the overbalanced state. Thus, the Wheel continues to rotate and rotational energy is generated continuously.
