A concept of a Macrowave Controller

The whole integration of this composes with the followings: 20 to 30 self-constructed civilian-crawler-type-heavy-autonomous-vehicle (CCTHAV), each weighted about 3 to 5 tons with elevating-poles to assemble the huge platform in figure. This reconfigurable platform has a cone or cornucopia shape metal structure, its boundaries is to constrain flow-direction of air eddy current according to fluid dynamics.

The length of the wind turbine blade could be 50-200 meters. The gyration lugs the motor, causing the relative movement between stator and rotor to generate e-power. The suitable condition for its usage is at terrace or any other plain topography with less building structures or forests. The CCTHAV each has an elevating pole to stretch out about 30 to 50 meters above, this gap to the ground could avoid most of the ground structure’s interference to the assembled dynamo when moving. The whole structure looks just like a mobile-land-version-of-sea-oil-platform. Civilian-laser-equipments(CLE) are targeting and destroying any debris hovering above the blade and the dynamo to avoid any severe damage.

These CCTHAV are initially hanged and placed by helicopters(air cranes) from many miles away on demand, and to the hurricane proboscis center near the ground, hundreds of meters or miles away, if precisely calculated then these CCTHAV begin to automatically move towards the hurricane proboscis center to construct an assembled structure and enforce(via autonomous control) wind turbine dynamo platform to move with the trace of the hurricane. Intelligent e-power-load flow calculation algorithms and related hardwares are to be adopted to balance and adapt/mounted the side effects and strong impacts from the sudden, huge energy input to the nearby power-line system,.

A more affordable way is to assemble the whole devices into the form of picture2. The redirected air wave via the waveguide should give a similar air flow strength to the nearby wind turbine and will create certain secure environment through using it. The 3d waveguide curvature functions and dimensions as well as the materials with pre-calculated of yielding strength capabilities, which consist of the main part of the boundary condition, need to be well designed.

Finally, we should point out that if you just wish to defend the hurricane and not to generate e-power directly, you could just demount the power generation device in the picture and the whole system should have an ability to redirect the strong air flow. And nearby mobile wind turbine could just use it as an input. Also, it needs an intelligent e-power-load flow technique. All the numbers are estimated without any simulation.
