Going over 60 mph you always have wind resistance. Now instead of streamlining you go the rout of funneling, now you have a funnel, kind of like driving a backwards van with the doors open. The faster you go, the more wind resistance you get. The funnel helps by channeling that unwanted air to a generator, then to electric motors/batteries, giving an added boost to speed and more speed is more air, all working together....
