Usually aircraft are designed and undergo different levels of stress analysis starting from conceptual design review, preliminary deign review, detail design review, validation loads, Ground test, flight test and entering into service. All these stages required multiple analyses and reviews depending on the types of loads coming out in each phase.
This process we can make it to a single design level by designing the structure with maximum load and when a new set of loads are coming to do stress analysis again and again, the standard maximum load value decides the structure capability. This can be done by designing the structure with accurate design principles and decide the maximum load it can holds. This way the standard load for individual structures decides the new set of loads without analyzing.
Automation excel based VB tool can be used to automate the entire design of an aircraft which leads to design a new aircraft within short span of time.
