A Twin shrouded manned aerial vehicle has been fabricated from the combination of springtail and martin jetpacks. This made the system more advanced and controls feasible. The dynamic flight model, which can be run in real time, includes the reactions from ducted-fans, aircraft body aerodynamics, control surfaces, gyration and landing gear interactions Experiments were designed to validate assumptions used in development of model equations, the result of the experiments gave good advantage in designing and building of the Aerial vehicle, this avoided scaling issues that where encountered while the manufacturing of a manned Aerial vehicle.

The main purpose of this system is for both commercial and military under surveillance category, as this system is made of basic parts, which reduces the weight and cost of the system. The propeller is made of peach wood which is fabricated for higher tip speed, which makes the system to take-off at low rpm. The power from engine is evenly transmitted by the combination of gears and belts and the control surface inside the shroud is controlled by the servo motors which results in easy controlling of the system. The manned aerial vehicle is designed and fabricated as per the design specification. This working model is functioning well in agreement with the theoretical and practical works.
