My innovation is MACJAMES® MULTISURFACE DEGREASER/CLEANER. It is an economical multi-surface/multipurpose Household-Industrial-and-Institutional (HI&I) degreaser/cleaner that emulsifies and cleanses organic and inorganic dirt from various washable surfaces/substrates (metal, plastic, wood, concrete, rubber, PVC, ceramic, leather, rugs, fabric, etc) without harming them or health of users, unlike the popular ones in use today. It is a surface active emulsifying, non-solvent based, non-acidic, and non-toxic foaming cleaner. It emulsifies grease, oil, rust, asphalt, heavy dirt, carbon deposits, grime, slag, sludge, mud, scales, soot, mildew and mould, others alike, with it and cleanses them from the various washable substrates without deforming their surfaces, unlike other degreasers/cleaners in the market today. It is an economically efficient heavy and light duty(water-diluted only) ready-and-easy to apply degreaser/cleaner with safe surface active strength and emulsifying properties.
It is produced using refined organic and inorganic chemical raw materials and is water-based, environmentally friendly and biodegradable. One of the vital features of this innovation is that it saves the health and lives of users as it does not contain any traces of petroleum distillates or solvents like other degreasers popularly in use today that contain solvents which have been confirmed harmful to users and environment by causing systems failure, damage to the peripheral nervous system, infertility, lungs and liver damage/cancers, seizure and death on overexposure, etc and groundwater contamination (Ref: The Agency for Toxic Substances and Disease Registry (ATSDR),Federal Public Health Agency of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services; (www.atsdr.cdc.gov)
As a daily need, it solves both economic and health problems of numerous consumers using acidic, solvent-based, petroleum distillates/solvents and aerosol degreasers/cleaners which are surface-selective, inefficient, and cost more with confirmed environ-health hazards. Its uniqueness is not only as an affordable safe multi-surface cleaner; It also reduces "normal" degreasing and cleaning time by at least 30% thereby reducing man hour and labour cost. It sanitizes pathogenic substrates and can be left on substrates for over 24 hours after application before wash off without damage.
It has been tested, confirmed and being used in degreasing/cleaning; automotive engine,tyres and wheels,Auto parts,sludge pumps,factory machinery/lines, grimy tables and boards ,mildew and mould, abattoirs, soiled walls and floors, grills and smokers, tanks/silos, condensers, radiators, engine rooms, farm houses, work platforms, mixers, metals before painting, and other heavily soiled substrates.

Over 50 million of them battle with unsafe borehole/well water as alarmingly analyzed to contain pathogens, heavy metals ions, suspended particles and salts without getting safe water.
Some of them boil water at high costs and environmental pollution, use filters, alum, disinfectants (Waterguard, WaterCare or waterSafe, Hypo/Bleach, etc - (Sodium Hypochlorite based water disinfectants) which only disinfects the unsafe water.
Buy "treated" water or use combinations, but these solutions leave one or more of the discovered contaminants unattended.
THE PROBLEMS WE DISCOVERED
(1). Children under 5 years die in large numbers in Nigeria from waterborne diseases (typhoid fever, diarrhea, cholera, etc) caused by unsafe water and sanitation.

diarrhea, cholera, etc), and deaths by unsafe water and sanitation.
(3). Salt-activated high blood pressure/hypertension from constant drinking of
salt water.
(4). High cost of laundry and shortened lifespan of clothes by use of hard and
staining water.
(5). Skin problems.
(6). High medical bills from treatments of waterborne diseases.
WaterAid Nigeria (http://www.wateraid.org/ng) research shows that;
(A). "In Nigeria, around 45,000 children under five years old die every year from diarrhea
caused by unsafe water and poor sanitation"
(B). "57 million people in Nigeria do not have access to safe water"
(B). "Over 130 million people don't have access to adequate sanitation in Nigeria, two thirds of
the population"
Institute Water for Africa (https://www.water-for-africa.org/en/water.html) also states,
"At present, over 300 million people have no access to clean water in Africa, i.e. more than 40% the total population. Over 60% of the population have no access to sanitation. The growth of the population will increase the water consumption and water shortage will get worse."
