The turbine is based on the principle of aircraft. A body with a shape as an aircraft with a wing with attack angle of less then 15 degrees. On the other side a similar wing but upside down.

The lifting force is acting in opposite direction. On one side upwards, on the other downwards. The result will be a rotating movement. The force will be enough to run an electric generator.

The ends of the wings will be bended to compensate the higher speed of a spot depending on the longer distance from the center point. The air will see the wing as a flat surface.
