My unique concept is to offer to thousands of one-eyed persons with stand-alone glasses offering them the ability to view a form of 3-D scenery. The design combines two images into one, using an electronic shutter to select the right from the left view, and focusing the images into one final prescription lens to obtain an optimal stereo animated image. The upper edge of the glasses frame is equipped with solar cells feeding a built-in rechargeable battery which provides energy for the shutter. Electronic controls allow the disabled to adjust the speed of the shutter and of the picture transition overlap, to adjust to his particular needs. An On/Off switch is provided to turn-off the glasses controls. Attached sketch depicts the principle of the design. It can be reversed [mirror image] depending on which eye is blind. Note: This model may only apply to some one-eyed people because of the multiple disability factors.
