Cycle one: this is the standard electric vehicle where a battery provides power to the vehicle. This is the only cycle of the standard electric vehicle.

Cycle two: Newton's third law states that for every action there is an equal and opposite reaction. Unorganized wind is compressed into a straight line and accelerated by the square root of two.

Cycle three: Newton's first law states that every object moves in a straight line unless acted upon by a force.

Cycle four: the acceleration of an object is directly proportional to the force exerted and inversely proportional to the objects mass. Reverse thrust is accomplished by a force created by changing momentum with time and the law that for every action there is an equal and opposite reaction. This rotates a magnet next to a coil of wire to generate wild AC per Faraday's law of electromagnatism. Wild AC is converted to DC via a diode bridge and onward to the desired AC via an inverter. This power is directed to the expired battery so there is always a full battery to drive the wheel motor.

The best way to understand the motion battery is to compare it to aircraft. The Wright Brothers used wing flaps to force air down and lift the plane off the rails on the beach in 1903. The motion battery uses two flat surface flaps mounted at 45 degrees off center to compress, align and accelerate wind shear for rotation and power generation. All measurements of wind shear are referenced to the moving vehicle per Einstein's laws of relativity. The same wind shear that propels the motion battery down the highway by Faraday's laws of electromagnatism is used today to lift jumbo jets off of the runway. The motion battery generates power proportional to velocity whereas other electric vehicles drain power faster with velocity.

There are over one billion vehicles is use today. The motion battery will accomplish three things: decarbonize world transport, provide millions of high paying jobs in the auto industry and provide a new source of clean energy to complement wind and solar.
