The Lok Box is designed to eliminate porch package theft by securing itself to any residence or building with just two anchor screws on inside the bottom of its base. The Lok Box is two structures in one. The outer structure can be made to resemble the house or building it rests on.
The Vanier Contour is a new technology for support. This chair uses a displacement driven system instead of a traditional compression based system. With this system, any contour can be matched with an equal force distribution, unlike compression based systems that are susceptible to pressure concentrations and hot spots.
The effects of global warming are palpable. Heat and cold waves are now more frequent and more extreme. Naturally, we want to feel comfortable and would instinctively rely on air conditioners and radiators to warm up or cool down the spaces we are in.
