The present invention is based upon modifications of a Create the Future Design Contest Entry, which I filed on July 1, 2012, titled: “Superconducting Solenoid Liquid Vortex Power and Propulsion.” In the previous invention, fresh or salt water was compelled to vortex flow through the bore of larger diameter, high magnetic field solenoid coil “perpetual room-temperature-superconducting” electromagnets, wherefrom electrical power was derived under principals of Faraday-Homopolar-Electricity-Generation that ensue from the vortex flow crossing the magnetic field flux lines created within the electrically insulated central bores of “perpetual” superconducting electromagnets. As in the priorly described Inventions, the vortical liquid flow created here by motor-driven,” vortex-inducing” propellers will generate the electrical power for the motor spinning the propeller.

Such a liquid vortex spiraling orthogonally through the “B” field within such a solenoid will generate electricity as conductive water “crosses the magnetic field lines” where the spiraling water traverses the magnetic field lines within the electrically insulated internal core pipe inside the superconducting solenoid. The “Schauberger Negative Pneumatic Resistance” created by the vortex motion of the water, and the electrical energy extracted by this “rotating liquid armature” as it traverses this static magnetic field, will create a perpetual “free energy” flow of liquid and of generated DC Power, that APPEARS to violate the “Second ‘Law’ of Thermodynamics”.

This “Law” however DOES NOT APPLY TO THIS SYSTEM, partly because the centripetal vortex energy operates outside of the mathematics of conventional Carnot Theory, and because the “oppositional” Counter-EMF-eddy-currents found in conventional homopolar generators is dissipated as heat in micro-eddies within the flowing water, therefore, conventional counter-rotational forces and losses are ABSENT.

The present invention improves upon the previous design, by reducing the length of each pipe section to 5-feet, shrinking the diameter of the core pipes from 30 to 5 inches, and folding this 5-inch pipe seven times into a Metatron’s Cube Geometry, resulting in the increased vortex and linear velocity of the flowing internal liquid which oscillates in each cell back and forth 7 times between six large 5-foot long opposed-polarity PERMANENT MAGNETS inserted between the six outer 5-foot long 5-inch diameter pipes in each cell.

Dozens of such cells can be attached in series with a single electric motor-driven vortex-propeller for enhanced power generation or for the creation of free-energy nautical propulsion “pontoons” that can be affixed to both sides of cargo ships, barges, or alternatively mounted in trailers for the purpose of generating DC Electricity and pumping water.

At Fukushima, adding a device to continuously inject powdered -ferrate into the water extracted from the radioactive liquid storage tanks will enable magnetic trapping of ferrate-chelated radioactive particulates by this device.

The electrical conductivity will increase from the suspended ferrate-chelates which will also enhance the electrical power generated by the liquid vortex free energy generator. Such ferrate powders have been demonstrated by Lee Ciampi for the decontamination of radioactive liquids at the Hanford Nuclear Weapons laboratory. In this invention, the Chelated-radioisotopes, including Tritium, can be harvested by removing the permanent magnets.
