Using the ground water for daily work may reduce the cost. Need a better way to pump water to high elevations. Reciprocating wind powered water pump worked, but after time found need of daily maintenance of the pump items and high water level hard to hold due to irregular wind pattern at ground level. So, to harvest ground level micro wind energy I designed a device and that can operate by any rotating energy transfer device.

First designed the device and the made a pilot device and concept tested. Then made an prototype and tested for actual conditions.

After several modifications conceptual model worked well and better results could be observed for months up to now.
