The past ways that students, teachers and finance experts have been taught and understand this subject have been badly biased due to political, commercial and religious doctrines. This confusion of the subject has been unfortunately regarded as making it a pseudo-science. However, by using the greatly improved definitions and coldly logical modelling and the resulting analytic methods given here, it becomes a true science.
