Favorite design and analysis tools: Various simulation programs for mechanical operation and non-linear motion including landing-impact (and other impact) of aircraft. Stability studies of systems using linearized criteria. Improved way of explaining how macroeconomics works.
Hobbies and activities: Writing and explaining how things work
1. The amount of confusion of students in their early studies of macroeconomics and their recent calls for a revised curriculum.
2. The difficulty of government and industry to work better together for their mutual benefit and that of the public.
These problems begin with a lack of knowledge due to poor educational tools. This modelling idea provides something better to start the students along a logical and scientific course, for understanding the relationships and workings of the various parts of our social system. In association with the ideas in the book mentioned above, it is a new scientific way of providing better theoretical macroeconomics.
