I have a patent application on invention "flying vehicle," declined on end stage. Ukrpatent said that Ukraine cannot create this project.

Atmospheric pressure 100 kPa. This is mean than in 1 square meter action force 10000 kilogram (kgs). I made experiment. Disc (diameter 280 mm) create force 4 kgs on 10000 rotate per minute and 6 kgs on 20000 rotate per minute. I want make experiment discs 1 and 2 meter in diameter. I have CAE solutions in program FlowVision 2.3.1 disc 4 meter diameter (force estimate 15000 -20000 kgs). Picture beautiful, but she located in occupation territory.

Ukrpatent said that located lifting surface in Flying vehicle can not be, because follow law save impulse (and law save quantity move) write that inside force can not create move body. But Targ "Basics theoretical mechanics" said that need give quantity move body (can move internal forces body) and tv-program Damage myth "Blow in own sail" show that boat move under action inside force.

Patents UA 46726U, EP 1575828 B1, RU 2130862, US 3486715, US 5240204 have lifting surface, which not isolated from atmospheres. In my project introduce lift surface with full isolated from atmospheres (Fig.1, Fig.7, Fig.8, Fig.9).

The flying vehicle (Fig.7) consists of a crew and passenger cabin 1, a traction and lifting vehicle 2, a chassis 3 and another passenger cabin 4. Traction and lifting gear (Fig. 9) for purposes of lifting force, torque and traction force. It has motors 4 and 7, gearboxes 1 and 5, non-supporting units for generating lift force 3 and traction force 2, as well as shaft 6, designed to transmit torque from the motors to the disks. Load-bearing units 3 are used for generating lifting forces and supporting moments. Load-bearing units for generating lifting force are two horizontally rotated disks that are rotate on the opposite side on two, inevitably one after the other, rotate axes. The load-bearing unit for the creation of traction force 2 is two, which are rotate on the opposite side on the same axis of the rotate disk, rotated vertically.
