Bellezza Technologies brings 2D Graphene into mainstream of semiconductor assembly processes.
Anthony Paul Bellezza is the inventor of a 2D Graphene fusion process being used for CMOS Chip assembly processes, that fuses interconnects at temperatures within the thermal budget of the chip below 400 degrees C. and can work at temperatures as low as 200 degrees C.
