Presents an Artificial Intelligence auto learning, early auto diagnostic, auto alert vital signs wireless Plaster. It can be used for real-time monitoring of ECG, respiratory rate, falling and patients temperatures. The proposed device is a lightweight plaster, attached to the chest. It has several sensors, ECG, 3D accelerometer for chest respiratory rate. Body position and patient’s activity, skin temperature, hand proximity sensor, altitude, oxygen level in the blood and proximity to smart phone or any fix location wireless recipient.

It can wirelessly transmits, while on “event”, the patient’s ECG signal with all data stored from other sensors, to mobile phone or to wireless mesh to internet device around it. The device runs several processes in parallel that store all data from sensors and in parallel by an Artificial Intelligence engine, all aggregated sensors data, patient’s history from internet, Aggregates patient’s current activities as sleeping, walking, exercising, with gathered data and setting from the internet and deciding when to fire the “event”.
The Artificial Intelligence saves the aggregated data into device's flash storage and updates the patient’s data base on the internet.

The device transmits wirelessly data only on Artificial Intelligence ECG or falling events that extends the battery life immensely and prevents RF radiation of the patient.

Problems with The legacy “other ”wireless ECG plaster
1. Nonstop of wireless transmission consumes the device battery and limits its use.
2. Holter and can’t alert the patient or medical staff.
3. None of the legacy ECG plaster presents Artificial Intelligence engine that aggregates information from patient history, current activities, skin temperature and starts wireless transmission only on occurring an “event”

It is an object of the present devices to substantially eliminate Problems with the nonstop of wireless transmission legacy ECG plaster.

The Embodiment device has an ability to learn the sensors variety data and imitate a human doctor decoding the data of patient’s vital signs, and to send wireless event only when needed a human doctor intervention.

The Embodiment device is targeting to be used for real-time monitoring of ECG, Respiratory rate, skin temperature, falling and movement of the patients.

Other process runs Artificial Intelligence engine aggregated, markers, sensors stored data, patient’s history setting, patient’s current activities as sleeping, walking, exercising, deciding all and decide when to fire the “event”.

The Artificial Intelligence algorithm will act as human ECG doctors 24H day, early detection and provisional the patient’s hart and alert any desegregation of vital signs as walking or before falling on elder people.
