Inspired by: We propose a novel platform technology for current medical diagnostic methods and provide an alternative solution for point-of-care (POC) or rapid-diagnostic-test (RDT). Consumers or patients not only have a cost effective platform in medical testing, but also reduce the waiting time of results. For doctors, this platform technology has high sensitivities in detecting so that it can help doctors to make correct treatment. We minimize the test procedure to three simple steps so that the platform can be operated by patients or general physicians. The results will be determined within 30 minutes and can be uploaded to a cloud database for further investigation. Another purpose of creating this platform technology is to help biologists or immunologists in developing different POCs or biological applications. We provide a protocol for human sample collection, test procedure, surface binding on the sensor and sensing process device. Based on this protocol, the researchers can turn this platform technology into different sensing applications to detect proteins, bacteria or viruses. We also expect this platform technology be an "open source" in sensing technologies so that others can use it to develop different POCs in many fields.
