Fusion Powered Water Still

Salamander Research And Development's latest idea concerns the worldwide demand for potable water.

Most distillation devices require replaceable filters or sophisticated wiring or plumbing. My device is scalable from 1/2 liter on up; it can be made from clean scraps and it (in the small volume ranges) is entirely portable. This allows you to move it to the to-be-distilled water source.

The original power source for the needed heat is the Sun, although if weather does not cooperate, you can build a small fire underneath the metal support frame. A Fresnel lens directs the heat onto the container to promote evaporation which is then collected in a clean vessel.

Please pardon my poor quality graphic. Thank you for your consideration. David Carr-CEO
