The Project aims to build a 4-wheeler with a capacity to carry 5 persons. Primarily intended for transport of people within large campuses such as universities, hospitals , factories etc facilitating creation of pollution free campuses. The vehicle will be powered by Li-ion battery to be charged at Solar paneled charging stations. Being Li-ion batteries the vehicle is designed in such a way that the batteries are swapped at Charging stations instead of parking the vehicle to get charged. Since , the vehicles are to be used inside campuses it is proposed to fit the rear wheels on hub motors thus reducing the sprung weight of the vehicle.
