A key component of the suspension design is the interface between the chassis and the suspension system. So,it is optimum require to use Double-Wishbone Suspension at Front and Mono-Suspension at Rear. Also for the power-train the best to use single front and reverse gear for easy shifting purpose rather than five to six gears which will complicate the driver to move on. For a Quad-Bike it is preferred to use two Disc brakes at front for two wheels and one disc brake on shaft also most commonly brakes use friction to convert kinetic energy into heat, though other methods of energy conversion may be employed. For example, regenerative braking converts much of the energy to electrical energy, which may be stored for later use. Other methods convert kinetic into potential energy in such stored forms as pressurized air or pressurized oil.Since the vehicle is an off-road vehicle it is better to choose tube less tyres for rear wheels and with bigger tyre threads. Less traction tyres provides high acceleration which is required for this QUAD vehicle.
