With all of today's technology out there I think it could be incorporated into a cell phone to SAL ( Save A Life ). I think a cell phones GPS could be used to track your speed when driving. And at certain speeds the phone could be made to start locking out certain functions. For example say at 50mph or above you could only answer a call but could not make one. For texting a very low speed, I would think anything over 10 or 15 mph then the key pad is locked out. I think this could be done and made tamper proof and only emergency calls could be available. This could benefit everyone especially our young teens who are so tragically taken all to often for texting and driving.
