The concept of ground-coupled heat exchanger system exemplified by the negligible surface area and least installation cost. This is well-known that at a sufficient depth the ground temperature is lower than the outside ambient temperature in summer and higher in winter. However, soil temperature on either side of the ground temperature depends on the type of soil and depth below the ground surface. Therefore, the ground water level is another important site factor in evaluating a potential ground thermal source.

Perched water commonly forms on hillsides in the regional low water table and spring to the regional water table. In such region, ground heat exchanger installed in sufficient depth and building wastewater drained to the system. Wastewater protects the surrounding soil temperature from solar radiation and support ground temperature lower than ambient temperature. This low depth ground exchange is completely reasonable for the only cooling mode. Simply, the regions with high water table offer both cooling and heating modes. Here, seasonally aquifer temperature responds opposite to outside ambient temperature by which room temperature naturally auto mode; gives thermal comfort. The spiral ground heat exchanger are systematically placed over the pump suction filter rear end. As room air travels through the ground coupled heat exchange system, it continuously gives up or receives some of its heat to/from the surrounding ground temperature. The room air return through inside the pump suction pipe were aquifer water stored up in the earth surface level. Since, the closed loop system returns and re-return the same air through the aquifer, slim down the room air temperature and ultimately equal to the ground temperature.

For both, the system occupied negligible space, beneficial in the populated city where building left the less outside surface area. Application in ground residential houses makes the best thermal comfort rest. This can be applied to office buildings, greenhouse, other large residential homes, as considerably as in industries. Applying this system to society will control; environment issue as it received no chemical process, depletion of energy source as this is the abundant natural energy source and least cost with one-time investment for installation.
