Natural Fibers such as Bamboo, Banana Trees, Coconut Husks, Coconut splinter and other such fibrous vegetation systems have the advantages of ready availability, are renewable, and have excellent strength-to-weight ratio. By combining with appropriate Polymers and other ingredients,as well as by hybridizing with glass fiber systems, we could convert almost all such natural fibers into varieties of utilitarian products - starting from garment buttons, housewares, furniture - to Boats, Auto Bodies and many more. The technology, under purview is a patented Product system for Molded Boats, Dinghy, and Fishing Boats (as large as 100 Ft or more)

Stage-1: A Boat Form as the "reverse Mold" is first made using Fiberglass composite. Specialist Basket weavers would weave the Boat shape using this Mold, on the outer

STEP-2: The woven bamboo systems is then converted into a Composite construction using certain formulations and the Top layer is hybridized using Glass Fiber mats and Polymer systems

STEP-3: The just completed Boat shape is removed from the Mold, reversed and the insides are completed in the same way as done outside

STEP-4: Strong Rim and Keel are fabricated, using a combination of bamboo fibers, Coconut Husk fibers, banana fibers and Jute - hybridized with Glass fibers

STEP-5: Further strengthening would be by providing Rins, and additional "webbing".

STEP-6: Various specialty Ultraviolet resistant Coatings are applied on both the inside and outside

Final Finishing and Embellishments are done after Buoyancy tests and other verifications.

The Dinghy that was fabricated using this technique was about 23 ft long, and had carrying capacity of 12 Fisherfolk. The Constructed Dinghy was test run on the high seas, and found to be excellent

These structural systems form MONOCOQUE constructions and could be used for Auto Bodies, Bus Bodies, Modular roofing, Single/Double Seater Aircrafts and many more such applications. Low Cost Modular housing for Shelter and Mass-produced Houses would be another application.

Further works are under way

Global Warming and Poverty are corollary to one another. The answer to these twin problems would have to be attempted simultaneously. This can be best achieved by a system whereby the community work inside an environment that takes advantage of Locally available Renewable Resources (RR) and utilizes the brain power of local human resources to become self-contented social group. The system would convert the RR and other available resources into: Processed Foods, Alternate Engineered products, Alternate Bio-Petrochemicals, Bio-Water etc, so that Global Warming is countered. Additionally, as local people would have locally available Jobs, shifting population would be offset, reducing, in shot, Global warming and Poverty (GWP)
