The eco friendly transport hybrid device consists of a height adjustment mechanism comprising of a hydraulic telescopic cylinder & piston for giving unidirectional force through a unidirectional stroke, hydraulic pressure booster for boosting the pressure to very high amount to raise the seat, hose & pipe arrangements for circulating the hydraulic fluid. A storage tank for storing the hydraulic fluid required for lifting and lowering the telescopic piston arrangement. Two mini rollers and two major wheels are attached to the base together with gear box arrangement to enable its movement to different places & a battery the vehicle to move it in forward and reverse direction. A joystick handle arrangement with for raising and lowering the seat of the vehicle. The height adjustment mechanism comprises of hydraulic telescopic cylinder. Telescopic cylinders are a special design of a hydraulic cylinder providing an exceptionally long output travel from a very compact retraced length. Typically the collapsed length of a telescopic cylinder is 20 to 40% of the fully extended length depending on the number of stages. A hydraulic pressure booster is a device used for converting air into the higher hydraulic pressure which is required for operating hydraulic cylinder. Hydraulic pressure booster boosts the pressure to very high amount it leads to raising the seat. Hydraulics tubes & hoses are seamless steel precision pipes and are inter connected by different types of flanges. They serve the purpose of transmitting the fluid from the storage tank to the telescopic hydraulic cylinder arrangement. A Storage tank for storing the hydraulic fluid required for lifting and lowering the telescopic piston arrangement. The storage tank also serves the purpose of holding excess hydraulic fluid to accommodate volume changes from cylinder extension and contraction, temperature driven expansion and contraction, and leaks.
