Garbage is one of the serious problems in the world especially Indonesia and getting worse. The accumulation of waste has a positive correlation with the high content of nitrate (Thiteand Menon, 2012) and phosphate (Zhanget al., 2018) in the waters and affect in environment contamination and some diseases (Megna et al., 2017). Data from the Ministry of Environment and Forestry states that the projections of household waste in Indonesia in 2018 is around 66.8 million tons and this trend will continue to increase in the following year.

This problem usually affects siltation of the rivers then causes flooding. Besides the garbage problem, Sumbawa also has an important problem in livestock manure because Sumbawa is a center of cattle farm in east Indonesia since 2016 (Samawarea, 2016). Cow manure produced by cattle farm tends to have negative consequences for the environment if it is not handled correctly. Cow manure contains methane gas producing bacteria which has a potential to become biogas starter.

The production of biomethane in many countries has been carried out and successfully done. They developed several permanent systems to produce biogas but still have many disadvantages. There is no sensor to optimize the quality of the methane gas production. If a leak occurs, it will cause an unpleasant odor. There are no real-time sensors to measure the production and the quality of the gas. There must be a tool that can overcome this. We propose managing this system with IoT and Data science approaches and potentially be transformed into something very useful. Developing a new system that integrate the biomethane and electricity production from household waste will give huge impacts to improve society in Sumbawa.

We propose an integrated waste management program to produce eco-friendly gas and electricity. We also introduce a new technology system that facilitates the easy way to use gas and electricity. With this system, we can provide gas and electricity for several places in Sumbawa which have limited access for electricity and gas.

Following is the objective of this research:

1.Specific objectives: Integrated waste processing technology

2.General objectives: Community education and independent waste management

3.Long-term goal: Waste energy energy management system for Smart city

The proposed system has three main components: biomethane production, waste-electricity conversion and an IoT card regulator system. We propose to test the system in one small area in Sumbawa.

Biomethane produced in the fermentor is then distributed directly to the homesand to combustion bunker as fuel for burning inorganic waste. The combustion system involves heating a furnace, filtering smoke and converting heat pressure into electricity (Rosul, 2013). To overcome the problem of smoke and ash from combustion, the furnace is equipped with a smoke-filter which will reduce the toxic substances. residual combustion from this proccess is then collected to be used as additional material to make concrete blocks and asphalt. The distribution of gas and electricity produced by fermentors and generators from the combustion furnace is regulated using computerized electronic cards. Users can attach an electronic card to the detector to purchase gas and electricity.

As influencer, once our product exposed by the government, we will target two type of private sectors as buyers and users. For private sector that owned coffee plantation, we will offer a business to business model that consist of long term contract of maintaining the system. For private sector that do not owned coffee plantation, we will offer a CSR model so that they can take part into the development of coffee farmers and also the rural area within. The absorption of CSR fund will be directed to provide the system to smallholder farmers, along with transparent and accountable schematic reports.
