Transportation vehicles of all kinds can have all electric drive trains before sufficient electricity production and distribution grids can be brought online by using FSHEV (Full Series Hybrid Electric Vehicles).

Seatbelt Warning System

Install a circuit which disables the vehicle's entertainment system if there is an unbelted driver or passenger aboard.
