Favorite design and analysis tools: Our integrated solution comprises of Biomass gasifier and TMSG-DC on a single skid which will be a portable gas based generator works on bio degradable waste. It is a renewable based cleantech product suitable for household applications.
TMSG – DC is a generator that works on Natural Gas or LPG and producing the electricity without any moving parts using See beck effect i.e. if there is a sufficient temperature difference between the materials (PN Junction diode) EMF would be generated across the terminals.
Gasification is a process that converts organic or fossil-based carbonaceous materials at high temperatures (>700°C), without combustion, with a controlled amount of oxygen and/or steam into carbon monoxide, hydrogen, and carbon dioxide. The carbon monoxide then reacts with water to form carbon dioxide and more hydrogen via a water-gas shift reaction. Absorbers or special membranes can separate the hydrogen from this gas stream.

Inspired by: We have come up with a solution and named it as TMSG-DC (Thermoelectric Module Static Generator DC Power) which is a technology validated and used by NASA for space craft to produce the power in harsh environment without any moving part using see beck principal.
Due to increase in price of fuel as India is major importer of Natural Gas, if we can convert our 130Cr populations waste to fuel and that fuel can be used for cooking or electricity then we will be independent of the import system is our mission of PRAYOGIK.
BIRAC, PUSA Krishi, ICAR has validated our idea of B-TMSG-DC which is a unique IPR new product having same physics principal inline with pyrolysis process of biomass gasifier and supporting us to proceed further under Startup India and MakeInIndia and we are very much grateful to KIIT TBI as we are looking for a supporting incubator who can mentor us, guide us in any possible way to achieve our mission and vision of our goal.
