The “Comet Towed Ion Propelled Spacecraft” is a concept design for a spacecraft utilizing a combination of modified solar power arrays (for onboard energy production) and ion propulsion thrusters (for thrust and speed), which will utilize the energy provided by the ion tail of a comet passing through the solar system.
The E-3 radar aircraft is large, slow and full of expensively trained humans. My idea to to take the already prototyped X-47 B drone and modify it into the Battle Raven concept. Two units would be assigned to each Aircraft Battle Group for the Navy and each Air Battle Wing for the Air Force.
Use atmospheric water generator powering by solar cells;
Then use a small nuclear reactor to convert water to steam to power an electric generator;
Re-condense water vapor into water using heat exchangers;
Use the electricity to power two fan duct motosr to push it onwards.
Because high atmosphere clouds contain water,
System for managing the route of unmanned aerial vehicles (RMS)
